Yin Yoga is both profound and simple but focuses on a quieter and longer approach that fortifies the body over time by applying duress and relaxing muscles. Each class will consist of breathwork and then four to five asanas (poses) that are held for three to five minutes. This method targets deeper tissues, ligaments and deep fascial networks.  The body responds to the stress we impose during this practice by rebounding and strengthening the target area so that over time the tissues thicken. Props are supplied to support all experience levels and aid the body in holding the poses. 

Due to its relaxed nature, Tania is teaching Yin Yoga in the evenings. 

*Doors will open 15 minutes before the session time. Please enter through the side gate and make yourself comfortable. Our classes are for everyone, but we encourage people to bring their own equipment. Spares will be provided (subject to availability). 

Until the shala is built, classes will commence outdoors and/or undercover depending on weather conditions.
