Mellow Meditation may be the class that has the least amount of movement, but allowing the body to surrender to stillness improves both physical and mental well-being. For the first half of the class, we will work through gentle movement and breathwork before a guided meditation with Tania. Meditation is incredibly beneficial for stress relief, self esteem, resilience, honoring shifting seasons, setting intentions and balance.
*Doors will open 15 minutes before the session time. Please enter through the side gate and make yourself comfortable. Our classes are for everyone, but we encourage people to bring their own equipment. Spares will be provided (subject to availability).
Until the shala is built, classes will commence outdoors and/or undercover depending on weather conditions.
