Even if she's wearing jeans, Tania will happily demonstrate a yoga pose regardless of who she's with or where she is! Her zeal for sharing her passions has transformed into the creation of a serene and eclectic garden shala that is dedicated to her love of yoga and the Perth community. When she isn't trailblazing Bayswater and a calling to nature with her sidekicks Bingo and Alice, she's nifty with power tools and unafraid to brandish the occasional splinter for home projects. 

A deep, intimate relationship with yoga has accompanied Tania throughout her life like the ebb and flow of the tide glistening beneath a full moon. Her practice has experienced a push and pull motion but remained a constant in her identity since undertaking her first class at 17. Now 63, Positive Me Positive You is her vision come to life, using her teaching experiences over the years to pioneer her own practice.
